We at THE FIRS are a family run business, we Offer a friendly, home like environment,
We have 10 rooms in total 3 double , 3 single, 3 twin and one family room with a double bed and a pair of bunkbeds.
we have one ensuite bedroom, there are 2 full bathrooms with shower and bath and 1 seperate toilet,
Room prices are as follows:
Single room occupancy for 1 person £25
double or twin room occupancy for 1 person £30
double or twin room occupancy for 2 persons £50
Double room with ensuite for 1 person £40
Double room with ensuite for 2 persons £60
advance bookings must be secured with a deposit of 25% of the whole booking cost , this can be made with card, cash or if well in advance a chq. all major credit cards are excepted apart from american express.
Prices as stated start from £25 per person per night and this includes either a full breakfast or, a packed lunch with prior notice, also special diets can be catered for with prior notice.
All our rooms have a colour television, radio alarm clock and tea and coffe making facilitys, most also have a sink.
we have a non smoking policy which we are very strict on for the well being of all our guests.
We Offer quality, good value, good foos and a warm welcome, There is ample off road parking to the rear of the premises, larger vehicle parking can be arranged,
A Village shop adjoins the building which we also run, we are two door down from the Rose and crown village pub which offers good food and drink and a friendly welcome.

we are situated in the village of ridgmont which was on the A507 but we have recently had a bypass put in place,

we are half a mile from the Woburn safari park (ridgmont) entrance
Woburn abbey and the Sculpture Gallery, which is used for alot of wedding receptions, are also close, approximately 3 1/2 to four miles away.
